Massage, Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Cupping are popular treatment options which comes with many benefits for your body and mind. Each session has time built in after each session so that clients can get off the table slowly. We will also have time for a pre and post treatment chat to find out your goals for the session and look at the results after each session. Gratuity is always welcome by your therapist for a job well done but is not required.
Forms of payment that are accepted include credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, Gift Cards, Venmo, Square and cash. Starting February 24, 2024 we will NO LONGER be accepting payment direct from the insurance companies. ALL clients will be required to pay in full at the time of service. We tried for months to get insurance issues figured out and have been paid $1500 of the $62,000 owed. We will be providing Super Receipts to all insurance clients who would like to submit to your insurance company. IF you have seen or see Dr. Ian we will include diagnostic codes on your receipts. If you have not see Dr. Ian you may need to get diagnositic codes from your doctor. We legally can not provide diagnostic codes if you haven't see Dr. Ian. We tried however our staff deserves to be paid for their time and we can not afford to continue seeing clients and not being paid for our work. Thank you for understanding!
A form of payment will be asked for when booking your appointment. If you forget or do not receive your scheduled treatment that payment method will be charged for the missed appointment. You can prepay for your appointment with Square (purchase a gift card through this site). It is a client's responsibility to remember their scheduled appointment day and time. Reminders are a courtesy that may or may not arrive.
