I am a NCCAOM diplomate of acupuncture and Colorado licensed Acupuncturist. I earned my degree in Oriental medicine from East West College of Natural Medicine in Sarasota FL. My first degree was in biochemistry, from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne Florida. I have been working in the medical field all my life.
I was enrolled in a MD program at Ross School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. I completed the first three years of the program before I decided to get married and have children. I took a decade off to be a “stay at home” mom. During that time, I was living in San Francisco and was involved in Kung Fu, Tai Qi, and Qi Gong at the Wen Wu school. My teacher, Y.C. Chiang, was an acupuncture physician from China. I also learned Feng Shui and Chinese Art and Calligraphy. I love the holistic approach towards medicine. After being immersed in Chinese culture I decided to go back to school for Oriental Medicine. Since I graduated in 2020, I have been working as an acupuncture physician in Colorado. I have had expert training at the Center for Acupuncture with Dr. Liang. I have expertise in auricular medicine, fire cupping, electrical stimulation, moxibustion, women’s health and midwifery.
I am so excited to be joining Intrepid Bodyworks. I love the feeling I get from helping people, it makes me happy to share my skills. I provide a profound healing environment away from the stress of the outside world.
