My name is Mariah Tritz and massage therapy and yoga are my passion!  I have done other jobs in the past but never have I looked forward to getting up each morning to help the clients that come in my door.  Now I do! I achieved many goals while attending the Denver School of Massage Therapy including 4.0 honor roll and clinic professionalism awards. I focus now on the specialty modalities of massage including Craniosacral and Barefoot (FashiAshi) Massage. Barefoot massage is an excellent way to get deep work without the pokey elbows and pointy fingers that can cause discomfort. I adore this modality and wish I would have found it sooner!

Clients who prefer traditional massage please note that medium depth pressure is the most I will do. If you want deep pressure/issue work please schedule a Barefoot session. Specialty sessions like Craniosacral and Lymphatic Drainage are specific 30 minute sessions with that focus only.

I am a certified Yoga instructor through Yoga Impact and registered with Yoga Alliance.  We are very excited to be offering yoga classes with several different focuses. I instruct weekly flow, gentle, and deep stretch classes. The monthly class membership is a great way to try any and all of our class offerings for one low price!

I take a great deal of time in finding and hiring only the very best!  The team I have assembled has over 80 years of experience and hundreds of hours of continuing education.  While we all work slightly differently our focus and goals are the same for each client; customize each massage to address the issue and work for change to get results.
